1559 SPINNAKER EXTERIOR & INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

Exterior Improvements – two sections of the existing exterior wall will be demolished and replaced with 30 lineal feet of storefront and a pair of doors. An existing pair of steel doors will be replaced with glass. Site work includes new concrete and landscaping. Interior / Tenant improvement – the interior of an existing office space will be demolished, and two new retail spaces will be created.
