The scope of work consists of the demolition and hazardous materials abatement of Building O-300 in its entirety and associated site demolition on an occupied campus.

The scope of work consists of the demolition of the existing roof prop structure, grading, construction of a new 5,076 SF prop structure including 28 concrete spread footings, 576 SF of Axe Practice platforms and associated piers, three sets of stairs and concrete piers, steel guardrails, decomposed granite installation and pea gravel under the structures.

Allan Hancock Joint Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “Allan Hancock College” or “District”) is requesting proposals for a CNC Vertical Machining Center with multi-axis capabilities and robotic parts handling for the Machining and Manufacturing Technology Program. Any resulting agreement will be between the vendor (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor” or “Bidder”) whose proposal is selected and the District.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide on-call electrical maintenance and minor repair services for the Public Works Department. The not to exceed Contract amount will be $1,860,000 for a three (3) year term.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work for rehabilitation of 149 existing manholes, replacement of 13 existing manholes and replacement of 149 existing cast iron manhole frames and covers.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide on-call sidewalk, curb and gutter and spandrel grinding services.
