The scope of work consists of the construction of a new Child Care Center playground yard, which will include the following trades: demolition, grading, concrete, site drainage, fencing, plumbing, and electrical.

The scope of work consists of site demolition, grading and concrete foundation work for a new modular building, concrete flatwork, ADA drop-off area, utilities including electrical, fire, water, site drainage, building electrical, chain link fencing, flooring, lockers and limited door hardware.

The sound system enhancements and installation shall include new equipment, as well as repairs or upgrades to existing equipment as needed, to maximize the sound quality of all of the Theatre’s productions and presentations.

Upgrades to accessible parking. Silver Creek Modular will be constructing and installing the building. Shade structure will be furnished by owner, installed by contractor.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace sections of existing aging sewer lines along Rice Avenue and Ventura Road.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to beautify 5 local parks including Camino Del Sol Community Garden, Del Sol Park, Lemonwood Park, Rudolph Beck Memorial Park, and Southwinds Park. Work consists of removing existing turf and plant material which has exceeded its lifespan, and replacing it with drought-tolerant plantings and efficient irrigation systems, installing concrete, asphalt, and decomposed granite paved walkways and plazas, providing ADA compliant parking and pavement markings and seating, and improving circulation through planted areas.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace existing roof and damaged sheathing, install new mechanical exhaust vents, and abate all mold and pest damage on the interior of the La Colonia Youth Boxing Gym, 520 E. First Street, Oxnard, CA 93030.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove and dispose of existing playground equipment, concrete footings, play area surfacing and any associated base materials, and furnish and install new playground equipment, and play area engineered wood fiber and rubberized surface material at Del Sol Park located at 1800 Camino Del Sol, in Oxnard.

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work for the removal and disposal of the play area equipment, equipment footings and rubber tile surface and the supply of and installation of new corrosion resistant playground equipment and pour in place rubberized surface.
