PW 24-62 OXNARD BEAUTIFICATION & CLEANUP PROJECT

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to beautify 5 local parks including Camino Del Sol Community Garden, Del Sol Park, Lemonwood Park, Rudolph Beck Memorial Park, and Southwinds Park. Work consists of removing existing turf and plant material which has exceeded its lifespan, and replacing it with drought-tolerant plantings and efficient irrigation systems, installing concrete, asphalt, and decomposed granite paved walkways and plazas, providing ADA compliant parking and pavement markings and seating, and improving circulation through planted areas.
