DOS PUEBLOS HIGH SCHOOL CTE PAVILION REPAIRS WORK

Remove and replace all exterior envelope materials. Remove exterior materials to metal studs at DPHS CTE Pavilion East Building including cement plaster, weather barriers, air barrier gypsum board, and rigid insulation. Remove any wood blocking or cardboard shims and replace with metal blocking or shims. Salvage and reinstall all existing storefront window/door assemblies and thresholds for re-use. Remove replace all interior drywall at interior face of exterior wall. Salvage and reinstall all interior fire rated plywood at interior face of exterior wall. Salvage and reinstall all dimensional lettering, signage, electrical devices, fire alarm devices, low voltage devices, gas and water devices along the interior and exterior face of exterior walls and parapet walls. Reinstall precast concrete caps along parapet walls. Align main roof drains to existing site catch basins.
